It contains more than 50% fruit and only a few added sugars, without any type of coloring or preservative added. It has a full-bodied consistency, given by the presence of the fruit peel, rich in essential oils. Uses in the kitchen Our Extra Bergamot Jam is ideal for starting the day with lots of energy, spread on biscuits or toast, with a veil of butter. Excellent for making tasty desserts and tarts.
