Vermeil whisky is a single malt of organic French malted barley produced in collaboration with Alcools Vivants in a traditional Charente still. Aged for 4 years in oak barrels that previously contained Cognac, it is then refined in our cellar on the Vermeille coast in oak barrels from the Collioure red appellation wine (Domaine Servant). Aging in cognac barrels gives it a nose of fresh yellow fruits and flowers. Light on the palate, soft on the palate, the maturation in Collioure barrels brings the sweetness and fruit typical of Grenache noir. An Organic Whiskey bottled by Vermeil Spirits in Collioure (66).
