The Domaine des Mathurins has produced this organic red wine Tango pour Hélène from a combination of 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah. This AOP Saint-Chinian is a real invitation to an evening of pleasure and sharing! Very easy to drink, this fresh and gourmet wine has a pretty intense garnet colour. Its nose is raised by notes of cherry, chocolate, black olive and supported by a frame of black pepper and sweet spices. On the palate, its attack is frank, greedy and crunchy. Its delicate and suave character is enhanced by aromas of spices and fresh red fruits. Its finish offers a beautiful aromatic persistence as well as a good dose of freshness!
