Côtes de Provence - Rosé - Château Saint Esprit 2024 - certified organic

The Essentiel vintage is crafted in the search for freshness and immediate pleasure. Vinification and aging in stainless steel vats are chosen in order to preserve the fruity and delicious aromas. This cuvée is made with typically Provençal grape varieties, with a majority of Grenache for the red and rosé, and Rolle for the white. The pale pink color with salmon highlights gives way to a fruity and expressive nose with fresh aromas of red fruits with notes of tangy candy. On the palate, the attack is frank with red fruit aromas followed by citrus notes.
