The name of the brand pays homage to the glorious past of Gaillac wines and the know-how of its winegrowers. The wine is packaged in barrels in Saint Sulpice at Vinovalie, the leading producer of South West wines, and meets Vinovalie's commitments in terms of environmental protection (HVE3 label) and in terms of traceability.
