We are Jorge and Dori, two viticulture enthusiasts who decided to fulfill our dream and launch the project of making our wines in a small Ribeiro winery. Our name, Celme, is a reflection of our philosophy.
In our wines we try to convey the essence and the best of our vineyard. Taking care of our vineyards is the main axis of our work, since we understand that only starting from an excellent raw material can the best wines emerge. Our efforts begin by taking care of the vineyard, but extend to the entire process, taking care of each and every one of the details from the vineyard to the final packaging.
