Asprocdegua women's cafe, Guatemala

Guatemala is one of the countries that produces the best coffees in the world. They are consistently able to produce excellent coffees that stand out for their balance, acidity, fruit aromas, and sweetness. This coffee comes from the lots of the "Women Coffee Producers" of the ASPROCDEGUA association. It is our 2nd women's coffee and we are very proud of it. It is a sweet, balanced, smooth, aromatic and very pleasant coffee. Predominant notes: caramel and honey. Region: Huehuetenango. Varieties: Bourbon, Caturra, Catuai, Pache Altitude: 1,600-2,200m Roast: Mild-Medium (within the standards of Specialty Coffees). Recommended preparations: Espresso and Italian.
