Artisan Easter Colomba with Modica chocolate

Artisanal Colomba stuffed with black chocolate, covered with dark chocolate and with "Modica Chocolate PGI" and dark chocolate flakes.    The artisanal colombe of I Mori are born from the Sicilian pastry art and from the expert hands of the best pastry chefs on the island.   The filling is done by hand with creams obtained from typical and selected local ingredients.   Packaged in an elegant box depicting the famous Sicilian Moor heads.
