We pay particular attention to cooking times. This is how the "Pici Dritti" were born, rough Spaghettoni with an interesting and innovative technical variant: in the center of the Spaghetto we created a micro-hole which closes during cooking thanks to the large growth, the pasta reaches a diameter of 4.4 millimeters and cooks in just 11 minutes.    Valuable product obtained with Tuscan durum wheat semolina, bronze drawn and dried at low temperature. Very rough and full-bodied under al dente, capable of releasing the right starches essential for the final stir-fry, blending perfectly with all types of sauces.
