Cider Vinegar with Wild Garlic and Jura Honey

A very tasty seasoning where the aromatic power of garlic is balanced by vinegar. It enhances the flavor of dishes and gives them that unique and unrivaled taste. Also called wild garlic, it has the same active ingredients as common garlic, but has higher concentrations and is purifying. The bear is supposed to feast on it at the end of winter! Macerated in cider vinegar for several months, we add good honey to this preparation and that's it. What better way to season a nice fresh salad?
