Baldovar923 is a low intervention winery that cultivates plots in the heart of the Serranía del Alto Turia in DO Valencia.
Rooted on intense tectonic forces, its parent rocks are calcareous and siliceous between 60 and 220 million years old. Terraces of Merseguera, Bobal, Mencía and Macabeo have acclimatized to a cold dry land that is exposed to levels between 800 and 1200 meters above sea level.
Our vintages of Cañada Paris, Rascaña, Piece la Moza, Berandía and Cerro Negro develop profiles of freshness, elegance and unique minerality thanks to altitude, genetics and geology. The communion of rock, climate, vines and Mediterranean mountains are 4 elements that, modulated by the DNA of Baldovar923, give life to wines of high expression, depth and longevity.
