Dark chocolate bar, rum nibs, bean to bar

A little-known country in Central America, Belize has a tropical forest from which two exceptional products come: Maya Mountain cocoa and Copalli white rum combined in a chocolate bar with a unique taste and texture. Chips of Maya Mountain cocoa beans, infused with white Copalli Rum, bring crunch and aromatic power to our grand cru chocolate with notes of honey and pineapple. Our chocolate won the silver medal at the prestigious European Chocolate Awards 2024.
