Exotic Marmalade - Lime - 250g

The fragrant acidity of lemon from the Boeny region, in the northwest of the Big Island, is already expressed on a powerful nose, evoking scents of slightly wild bark. The first bite confirms this first impression, this time with some peppery notes. Very quickly, the finely dosed sugar calms things down and the acidity fully unfolds the aroma of lime, as when inhaling the smell of freshly cut zest. The sensations eventually fade away leaving a nice spicy and woody length.
