Pepper, Tellicherry pepper organic

This extraordinarily aromatic Tellicherry pepper is obtained from ripe red pepper berries through fermentation and drying. It originated in the Indian state of Kerala on the Malabar Coast. The hand-selected, uniform peppercorns are larger and slightly hotter than black pepper, brown-black in color with a slight reddish shimmer and have a strong, nutty taste with a fruity spiciness. An excellent top product also in terms of the small production volume. Also available in the Spice Mill.
