Pepper, long pepper organic

This type of pepper has a sharp, slightly sweet, earthy taste that lasts for a long time. Long pepper can almost be described as wine - it is hotter than black pepper, has a sensational aroma with tones of cinnamon and aniseed and a spicy, multi-faceted body. When crushed, it releases a light floral scent. Long forgotten, long pepper is now experiencing a renaissance and is often used in Indian and African cuisine.
