Pepper, cubeb pepper organic

The cubeb fruit, with its aromatic-hot, spicy-peppery taste, is also known as Javanese pepper, stalk pepper or tail pepper. Due to its camphor-like eucalyptus note, this fruit cannot actually be compared to conventional pepper, but it has a pleasantly warm aroma that is a little reminiscent of allspice. The cubeb pepper comes from the Indonesian islands and is mainly used in Asian and North African dishes because of its bitter-sweet, subtle spiciness. Also available in the Spice Mill.
