Today, it is a sure value of our know-how. For the brew, we chose organic spring and winter barley malts and a distillation yeast which maximizes the aromatic palette. The distillation is carried out in a Charentais still with specific distillation cuts which allow several batches with different aromatic profiles. These will develop complementary characteristics during aging and final assembly carried out in new barrels and old Armagnac barrels. A Single Malt of great finesse, with a rich and delicious aromatic palette with a beautiful lingering finish. 41.1% vol. 50cl. Very delicious and fragrant, it is a fabulous cocktail product but also the opportunity to discover what a Single Malt that has not yet aged for 3 years gives.
