41.1% vol. 70cl. First Organic Single Malt signed Black Mountain entirely produced in Occitania and resulting from an experimental approach. Choice for the brew of a French organic spring barley malt and atypical distillation yeasts maximizing the aromatic palette. Distillation in a traditional Charentais still. Unusual distillation cuts have created 3 distinct aromatic batches. Each batch was aged separately, half in new French oak barrels and half in Armagnac barrels from Maison Mao Spirit.
