Black Mountain Organic Single Malt

The organic Single Malt signed Black Mountain, entirely produced in Occitanie, is the result of an experimental approach at all levels of its production. It is today a sure value of our know-how. For the brew, we have chosen spring and winter organic barley malts and a distilling yeast that maximizes the aromatic palette. The distillation is carried out in a Charentais still with specific distillation cuts which allow to have several batches with different aromatic profiles. These will develop complementary characteristics during aging and final assembly. During ageing, all batches pass alternately through new barrels and old Armagnac barrels, in order to remain faithful to our house profile, so characteristic. A Single Malt of great finesse, with a rich and gourmet aromatic palette with a beautiful lingering finish.
