Beer Barrel Finish #3

A rare whiskey in a limited series with numbered bottles. One of the only whiskeys in France with a maturation of 6 months in Armagnac barrels followed by more than 24 months in barrels used to age artisanal beers from the South of France. In this case 2 barrels of triple beer from Braxéenne (32) and 2 barrels from Gorge Fraîche (34). This unique maturation considerably enriches the aromatic palette of the whiskey with notes of pastry, malt and candied fruit. The whiskey used for this limited series is a blend of 3-year-old whiskeys imported from the United Kingdom and adjusted with water from the Montagne Noire. It is bottled at 44% Vol.
