Agar-agar 65g - organic plant-based gelling agent - for the jam season!

Agar-agar is an extract of red seaweed which replaces traditional gelatin in cooking, and pectin in jams. Can also be used in sauces, pana cotta, aspics... To gel, use 4 grams of agar-agar for ½ liter, mix, boil for 5 minutes and let cool. To thicken use 4 grams of agar-agar for 1 liter, mix, bring to the boil for 5 minutes and let cool.
