Ruby red color, brilliant. The nose is ripe, intense, fruity with a nice patina. We discover aromas of cherry-type red fruits, tobacco leaf, bay leaf. In the finish appear notes of roasting, dark chocolate and undergrowth. The attack on the palate is supple with a very elegant grain of tannin. We notice a slightly more structured palate than the 2018 vintage but which retains a very nice freshness and tension. Notes of wild anise, blond tobacco leaves and truffle linger on the finish. A great Grenache Noir, with an assertive Mediterranean style that will delight lovers of this grape variety and this exceptional terroir.
