DOLCE SOUR ALE: Benefiting from aging for 6 months in P&M Red Oak whiskey barrels, this Pietra IPA will benefit from lactic fermentation to develop a sweet acidity pleasant on the palate. Its nose is powerful, barrely, with fruity notes of lychee, guava, hops and rose. In the mouth, the bitter sweetness enriches the sensation of alcohol, to develop an astonishing sour with delicious acidity.
