Vardanum

A vine that has its roots in the clayey and tuffaceous soils of the Bardano hill since ancient times. Late harvested by hand in small crates, a structured, mineral, pleasantly soft wine is obtained which ages "sur lies" for 6 months in French oak barrels and rests for at least 6 months in the bottle.
