
Our CASTELLANO began to be produced in the early 1980s. Franco Valsania began the production of wine, which could be bottled and stored in the bottle for many years. Our latest vintages are even more refined thanks to our natural working methods, starting from the vineyard where we take care of the land and the vines with full respect for nature and our environment. Grapes are rigorously harvested by hand in baskets, immediately pressed. The must is fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Bottling takes place at least one year after fermentation.
