Our fishermen are committed to responsible fishing, thanks to a fishery improvement project aimed at preserving the species by using the purse seine, which only captures pelagic fish. Our sardines are prepared by hand and put on a grill for steam cooking, guaranteed without frying µorganic ingredients certified by FR-BIO-10
