Vegan cauliflower mayonnaise 250 ml. Made with first choice vegetables (in our farm we do not use waste for production). The vegan cauliflower mayonnaise comes from the manual transformation of seasonal vegetables, carried out in the laboratory inside the same farm. It is 100% vegetable, prepared with only four ingredients. Ingredients: cauliflower, extra virgin olive oil, lemon, salt. Without eggs, preservatives and dyes. Without milk and added sugar. Ideal to accompany meat and fish; to spread on pizza, focaccia and bruschetta; as a condiment for pasta and rice; as a filling for fresh pasta and for fancy preparations.
