Kiss gravy

Ready sauce prepared with tomato pulp, peeled datterino tomatoes, lard, Palomonte garlic and extra virgin olive oil – 314 ml. One of the ingredients of this sauce is the Palomonte garlic, a typical garlic of the Upper Sele Valley, almost completely disappeared and recovered thanks to the adhesion to the Agliog project. The project makes use of the collaboration of the Universities of Basilicata and Salerno and aims to protect and enhance the cultivation of garlic, through the recovery and characterization of garlic from Tanagro and other local Campania ecotypes and the transformation of bulbs and/or leaves in new gourmet products with high nutraceutical value to be used in the gastronomic and catering sector. Ingredients: peeled date tomatoes; tomato pulp; lard; clods of garlic; White wine; whole sea salt; extra virgin olive oil; basil; hot pepper. Without preservatives and dyes.
