ONE EVENING MELODY (White)

AOC Languedoc Roussanne, Vermentino The nose is exuberant with vine peach, pear and cardamom. After aeration, we are surprised by notes of roasted almonds and hazelnuts. The palate is both unctuous and fresh. Slow fermentation partly in barrels with aging in vats for 6 months on fine lees with regular stirring.
