The intense and fruity notes of the Huila cocoa beans meet the fresh and slightly spicy flavor of the most famous oriental root in the West. Our bar is made entirely by hand, from production to the final wrapping: after roasting, we process the cocoa beans by adding only cane sugar and ginger, because few but good ingredients are enough. Choice of excellent raw materials, care for processing and packaging but attention to the environment: these are all essential elements for the birth of our handmade line. In fact, to wrap our tablet, we have chosen an ecological and innovative paper, which is produced using excess algae from endangered lagoon environments. A paper that is not only ecological but also biodegradable. Finally, after production and wrapping, the tablet is placed in a recycled and recyclable cardboard tile, a virtuous example of legal and sustainable economy, created in collaboration with Legambiente Italia. To love means to respect. Because the good thing is also the right thing.
