Chocolate bar originating from lands considered sacred in Ecuador. Cocoa of the Arriba Nacional variety, has particular aromatic notes of white flowers. Cultivated in the recovery of the most ancient tradition of cultivation of the "fruit of the gods", in tasting it displays an extreme elegance and an absolute note of white flowers. Hacienda Victoria is located on sacred lands in Ecuador where cocoa cultivation has been a tradition for over two thousand years thanks to the particularly favorable climatic conditions that alternate periods of rain with periods of drought. Furthermore, thanks to the vision of Andres Guzman and Charlie Garcia, it was possible to build a modern and cutting-edge plantation with the aim of protecting Arriba Nacional cocoa, whose pure cultivation is now extinct. Hacienda Victoria is also active in contributing to the development of the local community, financing the construction of schools and materials to increase the level of education. The cocoa grown is of the pure Arriba Nacional variety, free from contamination with CCN51. When tasted, it offers an extraordinary roundness and aromatic notes of white flowers, dried fruit and spices that make it one of the most appreciated cocoas in the world.
