Korean kimchi spice preparation

With our kimchi spice you can easily make kimchi at home. Simply mix up to 10% kimchi spice into finely chopped Chinese cabbage and knead thoroughly. If you want it hotter, you can add our Korean chili powder. Instead of cabbage, many other types of vegetables are also suitable.
