
Also known as Gochugaru, or kimchi pepper, this is a coarse ground chilli powder with a sweet, smoky flavour. Use your favourite Kimchi recipe for a tasty versatile treat to eat with anything. You can also use our Gochugaru Kimchi Pepper as a seasoning to sprinkle over Japanese noodle dishes or in other Korean recipes such as bulgogi, stir fries as well as delicious dipping sauces meat marinades. Rub 1 tsp on a chicken before roasting, add to noodle or rice dishes, halloumi, tofu, or add a good pinch to mince for burgers. Melt some butter and mix with 1 tsp of the Kimchi pepper for a drizzle over a steak. Sprinkle over flatbreads, olives, houmous - the list is endless!
