
A really interesting blend, our Adobo rub is the quickest way to create a Mexican-inspired chilli-based sauce that's spicy, smoky with a vinegar tang. Another of our blends with ZERO SUGAR, this is a great way to boost the flavour of veggies, chicken, lamb, fish, mince, plant-based 'meats' anything in between! Just use use 1-2 tsp in a splash of oil as marinade, or add to stock, tomato puree a splash of vinegar for a sauce. Great with stews with pulses, like lentils beans, meat stews slow cooker meals. The splash of vinegar in the sauce gives it an essential tang - use red or white wine vinegar - whatever you have. It's flexible enough to use for anything - rub on a chicken before roasting, pork or steak before BBQ'ing or add a pinch to sweet potato wedges before air-frying. As with all our of blends, a little goes a long way; our pot of Adobo rub is enough for 4+ meals for the whole family! It’s also ‘free’ on all the slimming plans we know of!
