A real country pâté made the old-fashioned way with 91% pork. We selected pork meat slaughtered at the Aubenas slaughterhouse approximately 10km from our manufacturing workshop. To bind our meat, we use rice flour so as not to add gluten. This old-fashioned recipe still works… You can eat it with good country bread as a starter or for your picnics and aperitifs.
