For this terrine, we add basil to the recipe for our country pâté. We use 87% pork meat that we selected in Aubenas, 10km from our manufacturing workshop. When tasting, we find a fresh scent thanks to the basil. To eat on toast for an aperitif, a starter or to take with you on your picnics. This product is labeled “Goutez l’Adèche”. "Goutez l'Ardèche" is a collective brand created in 1995 in Ardèche. Today it is a guarantee of authenticity and quality. To be able to affix the logo to a product, it must be manufactured in Ardèche with local raw materials and must meet very specific specifications. A rigorous selection and control procedure is put in place by the “Ardèche le Goût” association which manages the brand.
