Accompanied by our chef who was trained in the greatest French houses (Potel&Chabot, Dalloyau, etc.), we have developed 4 original recipes around the pistachio:
- Fleur de sel from Guérande & Persian blue salt
- Cinnamon & Rose
- Saffron & Ginger
- Colombo spice blend
All our pistachios come from the Kerman Valley in Iran and are processed in our culinary laboratory in France.
