Organic white Kampot pepper IGP

Kampot pepper is considered by Western chefs to be the best pepper in the world. The only pepper with quality labels, it obtained a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) in 2010 then a Protected Geographical Designation (PDO) in 2016. Fully ripe, white pepper is red pepper from which the pericarp has been removed, which removes its spiciness. The remaining aromatic heart expresses extraordinary notes of fresh herbs and citrus.
