GARLIC CREAM WITH FINE HERBS

Pureed garlic mixed with sunflower oil, salt and herbs. The use of garlic cream with herbs is simple and varied. Recipe idea: Tomato crumble with couac Peel and cut 4 nice tomatoes into slices. Brown them in a little olive oil. Add 2 teaspoons of herb garlic cream. Divide into 4 ovenproof ramekins and sprinkle with a few shavings of parmesan. In a frying pan, brown the couac in a little butter and 1 teaspoon of garlic and herb cream. Cover the tomatoes with the couac. Bake for 10 minutes.
