The cherries are hand-picked at optimum ripeness and carefully placed in crates. The fruits are sorted by hand and fermented. After the fruit sugars have been completely transformed into alcohol, the must is distilled. The brandy is left to rest for at least 6 months before being sold. The fruits come from Switzerland. Ideally enjoyed as a digestif, at room temperature, chilled or even chilled depending on taste. Tasting notes From its clear, transparent, slightly crystalline color, we find a very marked typical cherry nose. On the palate, the cherry is omnipresent with a lovely roundness and sweetness which remain in the mouth with a long finish focused on the fruit. Development Origin: Switzerland
