Gold of Mauritius is a dark rum typical of the southern hemisphere. 
It is produced from molasses using traditional methods and is blended to perfection from several excellent Mauritian distillates.   Gold of Mauritius Black 48 is the intensified version of the classic Gold of Mauritius Dark Rum. HAS48% alcohol, this variant offers more pronounced tasting notes and aromas, exuding remarkable strength and sweetness.
 Tasting notes Nose: Powerful notes of toasted nuts, prunes and bananas emanate, offering intense and stimulating aromas. 
A striking and captivating concentration of aromas.   Taste: The texture is remarkably rich, with notes of almonds, creamy prunes and a touch of oak, offering an unexpected creaminess.   Finale: A length in the mouth which prolongs the flavors. 
Its power amplifies the development of aromas.
 To be enjoyed neat or with ice cubes.
