The Vent d’Ouest cuvée has the energy and density of our high-altitude Cabernet-Sauvignon. It is a dense wine with fine tannins and generous aromas of red fruits. It is classic, with a tight grain and black cherry flavors. It is also natural when it summons wild blackberry and scrubland. And a great aging capacity (15-20 years).
