Grape Mustard Mustard has a fruity and powerful taste. 

It is delicious as an accompaniment to cold meats, duck breasts, black puddings, in vinaigrettes and sauces.     It is also used as a chutney, with foie gras or cheese.     This mustard is made naturally, by finally grinding black mustard seeds with spices. 

To this spicy paste, our master mustard maker adds grape must, a concentrate of red grapes. 

Red grapes naturally color mustard, giving it that pretty purple hue. 

Very sweet, red grapes are the source of this incomparable sweet-salty flavor. 55g
