Pressing on a manual press in ratchet wood (only 1 light press) Colour: A beautiful deep purplish garnet Nose: Mediterranean, intense and subtle, between wild earth, spices, stone fruits, black fruits, bay leaf, wild strawberries, garrigue herbs, cinnamon and liquorice. Mouth: Fresh attack, pleasantly warm, generous substance, tasty, freshness and acidity in the middle of the mouth. Intense tannins still young but well assimilated."
