Canadian bison terrine - cranberries & maple syrup

Our Canadian-style bison terrine combines French gastronomic tradition and a taste of elsewhere with maple syrup and cranberries. Subtle and very light mixture of sweet and salty, this terrine has incomparable flavors. Made in accordance with Auvergne gastronomic traditions, our bison terrine is cooked in our Allier butcher's shop using meat from animals from our French farm. . Our American bison are raised in semi-freedom and in the open air, fed with healthy and natural foods, in order to guarantee you a tasty product of 100% French quality. All our charcuterie and cured meats are made with care, without preservatives or artificial colorings.
