Rich in Omega 3 and protein, bison meat is low in cholesterol. Our bison terrine therefore contains less fat than rillettes and other more traditional pâtés. Made in accordance with Auvergne gastronomic traditions, our bison terrine is cooked in our Allier butcher's shop using meat from animals from our French farm. Our American bison are raised in semi-freedom and in the open air, fed with healthy and natural foods, in order to guarantee you a tasty product of 100% French quality.
