Ellis gin is the brainchild of #ialso100 2021 Female Entrepreneur Carol Jackson.
We produce a unique range of small batch Scottish gin. Our aim is to bring fun and colour to the Gin Market - with two of our gins changing colour when mixer is added, our Pink Gin having a mesmerising shimmer and our Lemon Gin described as Sunshine in a Glass.
Ellis was exclusively launched in October 2018 with two coloured changing gins - designed to be different. Then in June 2019, Ellis No.4 ""Pink Shimmer"" was launched - followed by Ellis No.5 Lemon Gin in August 2020 (finalist in the 2020 Scottish Gin Awards - Flavoured Gin of the Year Category)
The exclusive range delights all the senses and is used to create amazing cocktails. Beautiful vibrant natural colours. Ellis Gin provides a delight to the adventurous palates and Gin connoisseurs alike.
