Based in the heart of Cognac, Audemus Spirits was founded in 2013 by distiller Miko Abouaf.Miko uses vacuum distillation technology, distilling each botanical individually at reduced temperatures to maintain the potency and freshness of each ingredient. These extracts are then assembled with a base of slow-diluted French wheat spirit, in a process similar to that which a perfumer would employ to produce perfume! By incorporating infusions and macerations of various plants Audemus create tich, bold and aromatic spirits.For Miko, Audemus Spirits is the realisation of a lifelong love for creating spirits; and his passion is present in everything he produces.
