It is a cured chorizo that has taken a drying time of 21 days, its consumption is raw. Unlike other chorizos, the chorizo string from Embutidos Hortanco contains no colouring or preservatives and has light smoky notes, without them becoming predominant, allowing you to appreciate the flavours of the paprika with which it is made, giving it a characteristic artisan flavour. It has the "Reyno Gourmet" and "Artisan Foods of Navarra" seals.
