The red wine selected for the elaboration of this artisanal blend is slowly transformed into vinegar in French oak barrels and aged for 12 months. Dry Kampot pepper berries (Piper nigrum) macerate in the barrels for two months before bottling. This gourmet vinegar will enhance the taste of the most delicate dishes such as seafood and Mediterranean salads. EYE: intense amber color. NOSE: lively aromas of bergamot and myrtle. MOUTH: powerful and fruity with flavors of sweet pepper. Long finish with lemony notes.
